Requires the department of education to designate athletic sports teams based on the biological sex assigned to players at birth. Prevents males from participating in female sports.

The department shall require that all schools competing in interscholastic sports designate separate athletic teams based on biological sex. Athletic teams shall be designated as one of the following based on biological sex assigned at birth: (1) Male; (2) Female; or (3) Coed. (b) Athletic teams designated for females shall not be open to participation by males.
