MEDICAID -- Amends existing law to require certain federal waivers for continued Medicaid Expansion eligibility.
2024 Regular Session
No funds shall be used to fulfill any gender reassignment procedures, including treatments and surgery for any resident over eighteen (18) years of age. Should a court impose the requirements of gender reassignment for medicaid participants, it shall be considered a violation of the conditions of the state plan.
