2024 Regular Session
Any governmental entity or employee may substantially burden a person's exercise of religion only if the governmental entity or employee demonstrates that application of the burden to the person is both: (a) Essential to further a compelling governmental interest; and (b) The least restrictive means of furthering such compelling govern22 mental interest.
