Official Actions of Local Governments
Prohibiting counties and municipalities, respectively, from taking official action as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion; providing a penalty; authorizing a cause of action against counties and municipalities, respectively, that take such action, etc.
2025 Regular Session
A county may not take any official action, including, but not limited to, the adoption of ordinances, resolutions, rules or regulations, programs, or policies, as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
