Transportation of minor for prohibited procedures. Makes assisting a child in procuring a gender transition procedure a Level 6 felony.

A person at least eighteen (18) years of age who: (1) with the intent to aid an unemancipated child in procuring a gender transition procedure; and (2) with the intent to conceal the gender transition procedure from the child's parent or guardian; assists the unemancipated child in connection with the procuring of a gender transition procedure, commits unlawfully aiding a child in procuring a gender transition procedure, a Level 6 felony. (e) It is not a defense to a prosecution under this section that the child consented to the gender transition procedure.
