Women's athletics exemption created in the Human Rights Act.

It is not unlawful or discriminatory for any entity [...] to limit participation in athletic teams and sports competitions to females, women, or girls only. Limitations may include the exclusion of an individual who is male irrespective of any individual's gender identity, including trans-identifying athletes whose biological sex is inconsistent with the individual's gender identity.
For purpose of this section, sex shall be based solely on a person's reproductive biology, including sex chromosomes and genetics at birth.
