Making appropriations for financial services and general government for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes.

SEC. 761. None of the funds made available by this Act, or in any previous appropriation, may be provided for in insurance plans in the Federal Employees Health Benefits program to cover the cost of surgical procedures or puberty blockers or hormone therapy for the purpose of gender affirming care.
