Adult-oriented Performance Amendments

(i) "Adult-oriented performance" means a live performance that is harmful to minors. (ii) "Adult-oriented performance" includes, if harmful to minors: [...] (D) sexually oriented dancing [...] or (E) an act of lewdness
An actor commits adult-oriented performance in a public place or in the presence of a minor if the actor: (a) is 16 years old or older; (b) knowingly engages in an adult-oriented performance; and (c) is reckless as to whether: (i) a minor is present at the adult-oriented performance and able to view the adult-oriented performance; or (ii) the adult-oriented performance is: (A) in a public place where minors are lawfully permitted; or (B) in a location where the adult-oriented performance could be viewed by a minor.
A violation of Subsection (2) is a class A misdemeanor if the actor is 18 years old or older. (b) A second or subsequent violation of Subsection (2) is a third degree felony if the actor is 18 years old or older. (c) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class B misdemeanor if the actor is 16 years old or older but younger than 18 years old.
