Recognizing rights of women; affirming biological differences between the sexes for purposes of laws of the Commonwealth. Recognizes the rights of women by affirming that for purposes of the laws of the Commonwealth, a person's sex is defined as his or her biological sex, either male or female, at birth.

The General Assembly recognize the rights of women by affirming that for purposes of the laws of the Commonwealth, a person's sex is defined as his or her biological sex, either male or female, at birth; and, be it RESOLVED FURTHER, That for purposes of the laws of the Commonwealth, a female is an individual whose biological reproductive system is developed to produce ova; a male is an individual whose biological reproductive system is developed to fertilize the ova of a female; and, be it RESOLVED FURTHER, That for purposes of the laws of the Commonwealth, the terms "woman" and "girl" refer to human females, and the terms "man" and "boy" refer to human males; and, be it RESOLVED FURTHER, That for purposes of the laws of the Commonwealth, the word "mother" is defined as a parent of the female sex, and the word "father" is defined as a parent of the male sex;
