(1) prohibit health care providers from prescribing puberty-blocking drugs or artificial cross3 sex hormones to minors for non-FDA approved uses, including, but not limited to, treatment for gender dysphoria or incongruence, (2) prohibit health care providers from practicing surgery on minors for the purpose of sex reassignment or treatment of gender dysphoria or incongruence, and (3) promote psychotherapy for minors who are dealing with stress from gender dysphoria or incongruence.
