To ensure that students receive age and developmentally appropriate instruction in the classroom about sexual orientation and gender identity.
2025 General Assembly
Prohibit classroom instruction on sexual orientation or gender identity to students in grades kindergarten to three, inclusive, by school personnel or third parties, and to require that any such instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity to students in grades four to twelve, inclusive, is age appropriate and developmentally appropriate for such students.
