A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 15.1-06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to parental involvement in a child's education; and to amend and reenact section 14-09-32.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a parent's interest in a child's upbringing.

The board of each school district shall: [...] Notify a parent at least three days in advance and obtain the parent's written consent before the parent's child receives instruction or attends a presentation relating to gender stereotypes, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, or sexual relationships;
