A public postsecondary educational institution shall not [...] (a) Establish or maintain a diversity, equity, and inclusion office; (b) Hire or assign an employee of the institution or contract with a third party to perform the duties of a diversity, equity, and inclusion office; (c) Compel, require, induce, or solicit any person to provide a statement related to diversity, equity, and inclusion [...] (e) Require as a condition of enrolling at the public postsecondary educational institution or performing any function of such institution, any person to participate in a diversity, equity, and inclusion program; or (f) Spend public money on a diversity, equity, and inclusion program or office.
(c) Require the following information be provided to the school board and authorize such information to be shared with any applicable athletics or activities association to which the school is a member if required by such association for a request by a student to participate in an extracurricular activity as a transgender student: [...] (ii) A written statement from the student and the student's parent or guardian affirming the consistent gender identity and expression to which the student self-relates; (iii) Documentation from individuals including, but not limited to, parents, friends, and teachers affirming the actions, attitudes, dress, and manner of the student that demonstrate the student's consistent gender identification and expression; (iv) Written verification from an appropriate health care professional of the student's consistent gender identification and expression; (v) Medical documentation of any hormonal therapy, sexual reassignment surgery, physiological testing, counseling, or medical or psychological interventions on behalf of the student;
A health care provider or health care payor has the right to opt out of participation in, or payment for, any health care service if the provider or payor has a conscience-based objection to participation in the health care service.
The governing body of a school shall designate each group restroom and locker room within each school building as either for by females or for use by males. (2) Except as provided in subsections (3) and (4) of this section, governing body of a school shall not: (a) Allow a male to use a restroom facility designated for use by ales; (b) Allow a female to use a restroom facility designated for use by es; (c) Allow a male to enter or use a locker room designated for and being used at such time by one or more females; or (d) Allow a female to enter or use a locker room designated for and being used at such time by one or more males.
