Protecting Girls’ Sports for Military Kids Act
To prohibit male students from participating in female sports at schools operated by the Department of Defense Education Activity, and for other purposes.

A male student may not participate in a female sport at a school operated by the Department of Defense Education Activity. [...] The term "female" refers to an individual who naturally has, had, will have, or would have, but for a developmental or genetic anomaly or historical accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces, transports, and uses eggs for fertilization. [...] The term "male" refers to an individual who naturally has, had, will have, or would have, but for a developmental or genetic anomaly or historical accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces, transports, and uses sperm for fertilization.
