Only students of the female sex may participate in an elementary or secondary school level athletic team or sport that an educational institution has restricted on the basis of sex to women or girls. If there is a dispute as to whether a student is of the female sex, the student must present a signed physician's statement indicating the student's sex that is based solely on: (1) the student's internal and external reproductive anatomy; (2) the student's naturally occurring level of testosterone; and (3) an analysis of the student's chromosomes.
It is not unlawful or discriminatory for any entity [...] to limit participation in athletic teams and sports competitions to females, women, or girls only. Limitations may include the exclusion of an individual who is male irrespective of any individual's gender identity, including trans-identifying athletes whose biological sex is inconsistent with the individual's gender identity.
Repealing diversity, equity, and inclusion provisions in prekindergarten through grade 12 education.
INITIAL CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION. (a) Except as otherwise provided in section 518D.204, a court of this state has jurisdiction to make an initial child custody determination only if: (1) this state is the home state of the child on the date of the commencement of the proceeding, or was the home state of the child within six months before the commencement of the proceeding and the child is absent from this state but a parent or person acting as a parent continues to live in this state;
This state, any political subdivision of this state, or any other governmental entity or institution shall not infringe on the fundamental rights of a parent to direct the upbringing, well-being, education, and physical and mental healthcare of the parent's minor child without demonstrating that the potential infringement of parental rights is reasonable and necessary to achieve a compelling state interest, and that the potential infringement of parental rights is narrowly tailored and is not otherwise served by a less restrictive means. There is established the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Shakopee at Shakopee, Minnesota, in which may be placed persons only biological females committed to the commissioner of corrections by the courts of this state who, in the opinion of the commissioner, may benefit from the programs thereat.
A person with a Y chromosome must not participate in a school athletic team designated for the female sex.
$2,000,000 each year is for staffing the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Center Office of Achievement and Innovation at the Department of Education;
(1) "woman" means an adult human of the female sex, and a "man" is an adult human of the male sex; (2) "girl" means a human female who has not yet reached adulthood, and a "boy" is a human male who has not yet reached adulthood; (3) "mother" means a female parent of a child or children; (4) "female," when used in reference to a natural person, means an individual who has, had, will have, or would have (but for a developmental anomaly, genetic anomaly, or accident) the reproductive system that at some point produces ova; (5) "male," when used in reference to a natural person, means an individual who has, had, will have, or would have (but for a developmental anomaly, genetic anomaly, or accident) the reproductive system that at some point produces sperm for fertilization of female ova; (6) "father" means a male parent of a child or children; and (7) "sex" means his or her biological sex, either male or female, designated at birth. There are only two sexes, and every individual is either male or female.

(1) "adult entertainment establishment" means a business that is open only to adults and that presents: [...] (ii) live drag performances; [...] (4) "drag performance" means a performance: (i) in which one or more performers: (A) exhibits a gender identity that is different from the performer's gender assigned at birth using clothing, makeup, or other accessories that are traditionally worn by members of and are meant to exaggerate the gender identity of the performer's opposite sex; and (B) sings, lip-synchs, dances, or otherwise performs before an audience of at least two persons for entertainment, whether performed for payment or not; and (ii) that is intended to appeal to the prurient interest;
All licensed or regulated health care providers are prohibited from the following when treating gender dysphoria in minors: (1) performing or assisting with sex reassignment surgery or any other surgical procedures that alters primary or secondary sexual characteristics; and (2) prescribing, dispensing, or administering puberty blocking hormones or hormone antagonist therapies.

Gender is not synonymous with gender identity. [...] Gender has the meaning given to sex in subdivision 15, when used alone to refer to males, females, or the natural differences between males and females. Gender is not considered a synonym or shorthand expression for gender identity, experienced gender, gender expression, or gender role.
