A health care entity shall give a parent equivalent access to any electronic portal and any other health care delivery platform throughout the minority of the parent's child. [...] This right includes access to written and electronic medical records for services not requiring parental consent.
1. "Boy" means a human male who has not yet reached adulthood. [...] 3. "Father" means a male parent of a child or children as defined by law. 4. "Female", when used in reference to a natural person, means an individual who has, naturally had, will have or would have, but for a developmental anomaly or accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces ova. 5. "Girl" means a human female who has not yet reached adulthood. 6. "Male", when used in reference to a natural person, means an individual who has, naturally had, will have or would have, but for a developmental anomaly or accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces sperm for fertilization of female ova. 7. "Man" means an adult human of the male sex. 8. "Mother" means a female parent of a child or children as defined by law.
A flag may not be displayed on public property in this state. B. This section does not apply to any of the following: 1. The American flag [...] 2. The POW/MIA flag. 3. The honor and remember flag. 4. The Arizona state flag. 5. An Arizona Indian nations flag. 6. A first responder flag. 7. A blue star service flag or a gold star service flag. 8. Any historic version of the American flag. 9. any official flag of a public body or a public educational institution.
A health care entity shall give a parent access to any electronic portal and any other HEALTH care delivery platform that is separate but equal to the minor child's access throughout the minority of the parent's child. [...] This right includes access to written and electronic medical records for services that do not require parental consent.
I. A judge pro tempore or commissioner may not issue an order to amend a birth certificate pursuant to subsection A, paragraph 4 of this section.
This state or a city, town, county, public university, community college district, school district or special district in this state may not do any of the following: [...] (iv) training, programming or activities designed or implemented with reference to race, ethnicity, intersectionality, gender identity or sexual orientation.
An employee or independent contractor of a school district or charter school may not knowingly address, identify or refer to a student who is under eighteen years of age by either of the following unless the school district or charter school receives written permission from the student's parent:
A reasonable accommodation under this section does not include access to a restroom or changing facility that is designated for use by persons of the opposite sex while persons of the opposite sex are present or could be present.
This state or an agency, board, commission or department of this state may not: [...] require an employee to ENGAGE in a diversity, equity and inclusion program.
All parental rights are exclusively reserved to a parent of a minor child without obstruction [...] including: [...] the right to access and review all records relating to the minor child [...and] the right to request, access and review all written and electronic medical records of the minor child.
Gender transition and detransition procedures; liability; waiver of liability prohibited [...] A. A health care professional or physician who provides or who has provided a minor with a gender transition procedure is strictly and personally liable for all costs associated with subsequent detransition procedures sought by the minor within twenty-five years after the commencement of a gender transition procedure. [...] B. A person who undergoes a detransition procedure may bring a civil action before the person reaches twenty-six years of age against a health care professional or physician described in subsection A of this section in a court of competent jurisdiction
A physician or other health professional may not provide, or refer to another physician or health professional to provide, irreversible gender reassignment surgery to any individual who is under eighteen years of age.
A higher education institution in this state is ineligible to receive state monies in any fiscal year in which the higher education institution offers one or more courses on diversity, equity and inclusion.
